CivLib Returns

Hi Folks,

Sorry for going on hiatus for about 2 weeks there. I went to visit some family out of town and had no internet access, then I returned home and had to burn the midnight oil to finish a semester-long appellate brief assignment that was due yesterday. Needless to say, I'm still quite behind in my law studies. However, that shouldn't keep me from delivering a steaming cup of civil liberties every other day or so for the foreseeable future.
